- Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- High-Tech Electronics: For items like the Anker Prime TB5 or Homey Pro, please ensure all personal data is wiped and factory settings are restored before returning.
- Exclusions: Software downloads or items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
